Student Code definition

Student Code or “Code” means this Student Code of Conduct.

Student Code means the TTUHSC Code of Professional Conduct, which is set forth in Part II of this Handbook. Section D, Misconduct, applies to all students, while Section E, Other Professional and Ethical Standards, applies to students in certain TTUHSC Schools. A student must have applied for admission or be enrolled in the applicable School before a School’s provisions in Section E apply to the student.

Student Code means the CPA Ontario document that prescribes the conduct of Students.

  • Students must comply with all applicable laws; Regent Laws and Policies; University and CU Boulder policies and procedures; Student Conduct and Conflict Resolution’s Student Code of Conduct Policies and Procedures; the Office of Institutional Equity and Compliance’s Resolution Procedures; and University’s requirements in the Residential Handbook.

  • By accepting this Agreement, you, the student (and the student’s parent/guardian if under 18 years of age), agree that the student has read and understand the terms and conditions of the Agreement, their home campus Guide to Campus Living and the CU Student Code of Conduct.

  • Students engaging in any hazing or hazing- type conduct will be subject to the provisions of the Student Code of Conduct as would apply to any other Student violation of State law.

  • All students living in on-campus housing agree to comply with the terms and conditions noted within this Agreement, all current rules, regulations, procedures and responsibilities set forth below and in their home campus Guide to Campus Living and the CU Student Code of Conduct, and any other relevant CU documents regarding on-campus student housing and dining.

  • A violation of criminal law, their home campus Guide to Campus Living, and the CU Student Code of Conduct, this Agreement, other health, safety or welfare issues or an unpaid invoice due to CU may violate this Agreement or preclude you from securing housing under a similar Agreement in the future.
