Student Conduct definition

Student Conduct or “Student Code” means UH West O'ahu’s Student Code of Conduct.
Student Conduct. As a participant in approved study abroad, I am subject to state law via 1) the Evergreen Code of Student Rights and Responsibilities, and 2) the Evergreen Social Contract as a guide to behavior.
Student Conduct. The CAP program is an extracurricular program. Students in the program must follow school rules. They must be respectful of other students and adults. Students who engage in inappropriate or disrespectful behavior may be dropped. Fees: A fee schedule is provided with the registration form. ▪ A $60 registration fee must be paid each time a student enrolls in the program. If you drop your child from the program and then want to re-enroll him/her later in the year, a $60 registration fee must be paid again. ▪ A snack is provided daily from 3:30-3:45 for an additional fee of $30 a month. Students may bring snacks from home. ▪ Walnut Canyon CAP is self-supporting and fees must be paid on time. ▪ Tuition fees are based on a level pay plan over the 9 months. ▪ Discount for siblings in the program. ▪ Discounts do not apply to snack fee or registration fee. ▪ Payments are due on the 1st day of each month in the CAP office. ▪ A $15.00 late fee per family will be assessed for payments received after the 10th of the month. ▪ Students will be dropped from the program after 31 days of non-payment. If you are having difficulties with making a payment, call the office by the 10th of the month so we can work with you. ▪ If a check is returned for insufficient funds, the office must receive cash or a money order in the amount of the check, plus a $20.00 service charge within five days of notification. Subsequent payments must be made in cash or money order. ▪ Late pick-up fees - $1.00 per minute is charged for late pickup. Students continually picked up late will be dropped from the CAP Program ▪ Families are given a 10-minute grace period after Periods 1, 2, and 3. PM Care starts at 5:25 pm. ▪ All students must be picked up NO LATER THAN 6:00 P.M. ▪ Email program account tech with questions about payments. Release of students: ▪ Each child must be signed out each day by an adult listed on the school or CAP registration form. In addition, sign-in is required for A.M. Care. This is a crucial safety measure, so please help us by following protocol. ▪ Students will be released only to parents or designated adults listed on the student’s emergency and registration forms. Please inform us in writing ahead of time if you need someone not listed to sign out your child. ▪ Remember to bring a picture identification card for first-time pick up. ▪ Parents picking a student up early must sign the student out in the CAP office.

Student Conduct means the academic and non-academic behaviour of a Student while studying at a CPU.

The foregoing is not intended to apply to claims alleging contamination of products.

  • Standard of Conduct means the standard for conduct by Indemnitee that is a condition precedent to indemnification of Indemnitee hereunder against Indemnifiable Losses relating to, arising out of or resulting from an Indemnifiable Claim.   • Detrimental Conduct means, as determined by the Company, the Participant’s serious misconduct or unethical behavior, including any of the following: (a) any violation by the Participant of a restrictive covenant agreement that the Participant has entered into with the Company or an Affiliate (covering, for example, confidentiality, non-competition, non-solicitation, non-disparagement, etc.); (b) any conduct by the Participant that could result in the Participant’s Separation from Service for Cause; (c) the commission of a criminal act by the Participant, whether or not performed in the workplace, that subjects, or if generally known would subject, the Company or an Affiliate to public ridicule or embarrassment, or other improper or intentional conduct by the Participant causing reputational harm to the Company, an Affiliate, or a client or former client of the Company or an Affiliate; (d) the Participant’s breach of a fiduciary duty owed to the Company or an Affiliate or a client or former client of the Company or an Affiliate; (e) the Participant’s intentional violation, or grossly negligent disregard, of the Company’s or an Affiliate’s policies, rules, or procedures; or (f) the Participant taking or maintaining trading positions that result in a need to restate financial results in a subsequent reporting period or that result in a significant financial loss to the Company or an Affiliate.

  • Service activities means activities in connection with the provision of personal, continuing services to shareholder accounts in the Shares; provided, however, that if the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. (“NASD”) adopts a definition of “service fee” for purposes of Section 2830(b)(9) of the NASD Conduct Rules or any successor provision that differs from the definition of “service activities” hereunder, or if the NASD adopts a related interpretive position intended to define the same concept, the definition of “service activities” in this paragraph shall be automatically amended, without further action of the parties, to conform to the then effective NASD definition. Overhead and other expenses related to “distribution activities” or “service activities,” including telephone and other communications expenses, may be included in the information regarding amounts expended for these activities.
