Chief Compliance Officer definition

Chief Compliance Officer means the individual appointed by the Board as BSEF’s chief compliance officer in accordance with the Operating Agreement, with the duties and responsibilities as may be prescribed by the Board from time to time as set forth in Rule 208.
Chief Compliance Officer has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.2 hereof.
Chief Compliance Officer means the Chief Compliance Officer (“CCO”) of Cohen & Steers Capital Management, Inc. and the Cohen & Steers Funds.

More Definitions of Chief Compliance Officer

Chief Compliance Officer or “CCO” means the person appointed by each Adviser designated to be responsible for administering the policies and procedures adopted under the Advisers Act. The CCO may delegate any or all of his or her responsibilities under the Code. In instances when the Code is applied to the CCO, any other executive officer of the appropriate Adviser may act as the designee of the CCO.
Chief Compliance Officer means the Chief Compliance Officer of the Corporation (who also may serve as the compliance officer of the Adviser and/or one or more affiliates of the Adviser).
