Standard Customer Contract definition

Standard Customer Contract means a contract that is a Standard Customer Contract for the purposes of Part 6 of the Utilities Act.
Standard Customer Contract means a Contract with a customer on the Company’s standard form of customer agreement (copies of which have been provided to Acquirer) with no material deviations.
Standard Customer Contract has the meaning set forth in Section 3.19(b).

In no case shall silence by the Customer ever be construed to mean express or implied consent to a request by the Company, or its Contractors. Customer consent shall be provided directly from the Customer and documented in writing, subject to forms and processes as defined by the Company.

  • Service Subcontract means a subcontract primarily for the furnishing of services, to or for a recipient of Assistance, except where services are incidental to the delivery of products, equipment or commodities. A contract for the purchase or lease of goods, products, equipment, supplies or other property is not a “service subcontract” for the purposes of this definition.

  • Customer System means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;
