Form of Customer Agreement. The Customer Agreement signed by an obligor relating to such System (x) is substantially in the form of one of the template agreements attached to the Subject Funds at the time such Subject Fund was included pursuant to Section 2.10 or (y) is in a form otherwise approved by the Required Group Agents and complies with and satisfies the following conditions:
Form of Customer Agreement. The related Customer Agreement is substantially in the form of one of template agreements for the Subject Fund or, if not in such form, such modified Customer Agreement:
Form of Customer Agreement. The related Customer Agreement is substantially in the form of an Approved Customer Agreement. The related Customer Agreement provides that the Host Customer agrees to purchase electric energy produced by such PV Systems or lease such PV Systems.
Form of Customer Agreement. Licensee agrees that the agreement used by the Licensee with its customers in the Territory will include a clause expressly permitting the termination of the agreement by Licensee without cause on 30 days written notice, and that the form of agreement will be in form and substance reasonably acceptable to Licensor as to all ownership, intellectual property, warranty and other matters related to the System and the Services.
Form of Customer Agreement. Licensee agrees that the sublicense agreement used by Licensee with its customers will include a clause expressly permitting the termination of the agreement by Licensee without cause on thirty (30) days' prior written notice, and that the agreement will include terms no less restrictive and protective of ValueClick's Intellectual Property Rights than those contained herein.
