Sick Leave Credits definition
Sick Leave Credits means the earned number of sick leave hours an employee is eligible to use upon completion of the qualifying period.
Sick Leave Credits means the amount of paid time at the regular rate of pay which an Employee earns to be used when an Employee takes time off from work due to an Employee's temporary inability to perform duties because of sickness or disability;

Section 1: Sick Leave Credits are earned at the rate of 4 working days (24 hours) for each year of service without restriction as to the number of working days that may be accumulated.
