Examples of Disability Retirement Date in a sentence
An Active Participant, who has suffered a Permanent Disability, may retire on his Disability Retirement Date.
Whenever reference is made in the Plan to retirement or a retirement date, it shall mean the Normal, Early, Deferred or Disability Retirement Date, whichever applies to the Participant involved.
If it is subsequently determined that such Participant is no longer disabled, he shall not be entitled to further benefits as a result of such disability, and he shall only be entitled to such other benefits as may be provided under the terms of the Plan for which he was eligible as of his Disability Retirement Date, reduced by the disability retirement benefits paid.
The Disability Retirement benefit shall commence as of the Participant's Disability Retirement Date under Section 2.24 of the Basic Plan Document.
The amount of the monthly Disability Benefit shall be computed in the same manner as the Normal Retirement benefit, based upon the Participant's Accrued Benefit as of the Participant's Disability Retirement Date.
