Shops/ Office Spaces definition

Shops/ Office Spaces means built-up Shops/ Office Spaces namely the Specified Area in Xxxxx Xxxxxxx for commercial development as detailed in the Annexure-I given on license basis by CMRL to the licensee under and in accordance with this License Agreement.
Shops/ Office Spaces means built-up Shops/ Office Spaces namely the Specified Area in Metro Station for commercial development as detailed in the Annexure-I given on license basis by CMRL to the licensee under and in accordance with this License Agreement.

Examples of Shops/ Office Spaces in a sentence

  • CMRL shall not have any obligation whatsoever including but not limited to obligations as to compensation for loss of employment, continuance or regularisation of employment, absorption or re-employment on any ground, in relation to any person in the employment of or engaged by the Licensee in connection with the Licensed Shops/ Office Spaces.

  • Measurement of actual area of bare shell Shops/ Office Spaces: Actual area of bare shell Shops/ Office Spaces shall be the area of built up Spaces worked out based on outer dimensions of the covered area excluding the area covered by the walls & columns (including finishing), vent shafts, utility ducts, public toilets, common corridors and passages, staircases and balconies which are not being used for commercial activities.

  • Site visit and verification of information: Bidders are advised to submit their respective Bids after visiting CMRL Shops/ Office Spaces and ascertaining themselves the Shops/ Office Spaces conditions, traffic, location, surroundings, climate, availability of power, water and other utilities, access to station/ shop, handling and storage of materials, weather data, applicable laws and regulations and any other matter considered relevant by them.

  • CMRL has obtained approval from Tamilnadu Fire Services for existing integrated fire protection system for whole infrastructure of Station including area of licensed Built up Bare Shell Shops/ Office Spaces.

  • If the Licensee modifies the built up bare shell Shops/ Office Spaces by making additions & alteration to the handed over built area, the License fee of modified built up shop shall be charged for its modified area.

  • The Licensee also confirms full satisfaction as to the business viability of licensing the Shops/ Office Spaces inside the Metro Stations and hereby voluntarily and unequivocally agrees not to seek any claim, damages, compensation or any other consideration, whatsoever on this account.

  • The bidder has to quote license fees in both words as well as figures payable per month per sqm area of built-up Shops/ Office Spaces which shall be increased by 20% on compounding basis after completion of every three years from the handing over of vacant Shops/ Office Spaces.

  • World consumers, political figures and social influencers are expecting countries and also communities, businesses and individuals to take action.In this age of reduction action, there is no longer any plausible justification to retain transitional measures.

  • However the payment of license fees will be adjusted on pro rata basis as per the actual area allotted.Note-2: All Shops/ Office Spaces offered on license basis are on ―as is where is basis‖.

  • I/ We have studied all the Bidding Documents carefully and also surveyed the CMRL Shops/ Office Spaces.

Related to Shops/ Office Spaces

  • Office Space means the offices of the Service Provider located at 000 Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx 00, Xxx Xxxx, Xxx Xxxx 00000 (or any successor location or other existing office space of the Service Provider or any of its affiliates).

  • Space means the volume of gas which a user of a storage facility is entitled to use for the storage of gas;

  • Parking Area means the area designated as a permitted parking area and a special parking area by the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Angus Council) Designation Order 2017; and “permitted parking area” and “special parking area” are to be read accordingly;”; and

  • Garage shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Recital H;

  • Parking Garage means a building or portion of a building, other than a private garage, that is used for the temporary parking of motor vehicles;

  • parking attendant means a person authorised by or on behalf of the Council to supervise any Parking Place;

  • Building site means a plot of land held for building purposes, whether any building is actually erected thereupon or not, and includes the open ground or courtyard enclosed by, or adjacent to, any building erected thereupon;

  • Parking Areas means those areas located upon the Property designated by Landlord, from time to time, to be parking areas.

  • Parking No unreserved vehicle parking spaces ("Unreserved Parking Spaces"); and no reserved vehicle parking spaces ("Reserved Parking Spaces"). (Also see Paragraph 2.6.)

  • Service Areas means those areas within the Building used for stairs, elevator shafts, flues, vents, stacks, pipe shafts and other vertical penetrations (but shall not include any such areas for the exclusive use of a particular tenant).

  • Office Premises means any building, facility, or portion thereof, or other premises, whether owned or controlled by CP, which is used solely for clerical or administrative purposes and which does not contain heavy equipment or machinery, as designated by CP from time to time;

  • Office Building (Premises), means a building or premises or part thereof whose sole or principal use is for an office or for office purposes or clerical work. "Office purposes" includes the purpose of administration, clerical work, handling money, telephone, telegraph and computer operation; and "clerical work" includes writing, book-keeping, sorting papers typing, filing, duplicating, punching cards or tapes, machines calculations, drawing of matter for publication and editorial preparation of matter for publication.

  • Parking Spaces means spaces in or portion of the Ground Floor of the Building and also open spaces at the ground level of the said premises as expressed or intended by the Developer, at their sole discretion, for parking of motor cars/two wheelers etc.

  • parking bay means any area of a parking place which is provided for the leaving of a vehicle and indicated by markings on the surface of the parking place;

  • School premises means either of the following:

  • Grave space means a space of ground in a cemetery that is used or intended to be used for an in-ground burial.

  • Building Common Areas means with respect to the Tower, the areas, facilities and amenities specified in Schedule [E] which are to be used and enjoyed in common with all the other Apartment Acquirers of the Units in the Building; and

  • Areas means such areas within the DAS Areas that are identified in Annexure A annexed to this Agreement;

  • Network Area means the 50 mile radius around the local school campus the Named Insured is attending.

  • Parking Space The County shall attempt to provide adequate free parking facilities for employees within a reasonable distance of their work locations.

  • stacked bicycle parking space means a horizontal bicycle parking space that is positioned above or below another bicycle parking space and equipped with a mechanical device providing floor level access to both bicycle parking spaces.

  • ILUA Area means the geographical area in relation to which the Framework ILUA applies, as specified in Schedule 2 of the Framework ILUA;

  • Lobby means a covered space in which all the adjoining rooms open;

  • Landscaped area means all the planting areas, turf areas, and water features in a landscape design plan subject to the Maximum Applied Water Allowance and Estimated Applied Water Use calculations. The landscaped area does not include footprints of buildings or structures, sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, decks, patios, gravel or stone walks, other pervious or non-pervious hardscapes, and other non-irrigated areas designated for non-development (e.g., open spaces and existing native vegetation).

  • Drainage area means a geographic area within which stormwater, sediments, or dissolved materials drain to a particular receiving waterbody or to a particular point along a receiving waterbody.

  • Building Plans mean the general building plans and specifications in respect of the Development or in respect of any part or parts of the Development prepared by the Authorized Person and approved by the Building Authority and includes any approved amendments thereto;
