Shared Properties definition

Shared Properties means those Properties listed in (a) Section A of Schedule 1 as a Property involving a license back to MRV and (b) Section B of Schedule 1 of this Agreement.

Examples of Shared Properties in a sentence

  • The licenses as to the Shared Properties shall include the rental of the furniture at such Properties.

  • Such Additional Properties shall be treated hereunder as Leased Properties or Shared Properties by mutual agreement of the parties based on whether the Additional Property was acquired by or for the Roxio Business or Adaptec's other businesses.
