Except as otherwise stated herein, this Plan shall supersede any severance benefit plan, policy or practice previously maintained by the Company or any Applicable Subsidiary (including, without limitation, the provisions of any employment agreement between any Eligible Executive and the Company or any Applicable Subsidiary).
