Subject Properties definition

Subject Properties has the meaning specified in Section 5.13(a).

Subject Properties means, collectively, the Mining Properties and all other Owned Properties and Leased Properties.

Examples of Subject Properties in a sentence

Every property is unique, and not every search method is employed with respect to each of the Subject Properties.
