Mortgaged Properties definition

Mortgaged Properties the real properties listed on Schedule 1.1B, as to which the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Lenders shall be granted a Lien pursuant to the Mortgages.

Mortgaged Properties means, initially, the owned real properties of the Loan Parties specified on Schedule 1.01(b), and shall include each other parcel of real property and improvements thereto with respect to which a Mortgage is granted pursuant to Section 5.11.

Mortgaged Properties has the meaning specified in paragraph (f) of the definition of Collateral and Guarantee Requirement.

• Certificates of the appropriate government officials or state agencies of the state of incorporation or organization of each Loan Party as to the existence and good standing of each Loan Party and, if a Loan Party is a mortgagor under any Mortgage entered into on the Closing Date, certificates of the appropriate governmental officials or state agencies from each applicable State where Mortgaged Properties subject to such Mortgage are located.

Mortgaged Properties has the meaning set forth in the definition of “Collateral and Guarantee Requirement.”
