Shared Contracts definition
Shared Contracts has the meaning specified in Section 4.12(b).
Shared Contracts shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(a).
Shared Contracts means agreements, arrangements, commitments or understandings, whether or not in writing, between one or more members of the Publishing Group and / or one or more members of the Distributing Group, on the one hand, and any Third Parties, on the other hand, that are used in the conduct of, or directly benefit or burden, either (i) both the Distributing Business and the Publishing Business or (ii) the Business of a Group not party thereto.

Seller will be responsible for initiating contact with parties to any Shared Contracts for which consent may be required in connection with their assignment pursuant to this Agreement.
More Definitions of Shared Contracts
Shared Contracts means the Contracts that benefit a Company, on the one hand, and Parent or any Affiliate of Parent (other than a Company) or Emdeon Practice Services, Inc. or any of its Subsidiaries, on the other hand.
