Services SOW definition

Services SOW means the statement of work entered into by the Parties (substantially similar to the form of Services SOW attached hereto as Schedule 8.1) pursuant to which Qorvo would provide services to Zomedica with respect to the Products. Each Services SOW will be attached to the Agreement as sequentially numbered Schedules and incorporated herein by reference (e.g., Schedule 8.1-1, Schedule 8.1-2, etc.).

Examples of Services SOW in a sentence

  • Axon is only responsible to perform the Services described in this Appendix and Channel Services SOW.

  • Agency is responsible for verifying Agency has the right to share data from and provide access to third-party system as it relates to the Services described in this Appendix and the Channel Services SOW.

  • An Axon Field Engineer may require access to Agency’s network and systems to perform the Services described in the Channel Services SOW.

  • The ATP, along with its attachments, which may include a Proposal or Statement of Work for Services (SOW), this agreement, the Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) and the Cyber Security Policy constitutes the complete and entire agreement, and supersedes all other agreements between Us concerning Our Solutions.

  • Each Professional Services SOW is hereby deemed incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

  • It is also the case that the Department is undertaking new or expanded areas of work over the next twelve months, most notably the serving of the EU Presidency and the creation of the Personal Insolvency Service, both of which are key priorities for Government and will have specific resourcing needs.

  • The hours or days stated in a Time and Materials Services SOW are a good faith estimate of the time required to perform the Professional Services described in the SOW, but not a commitment to complete them in that amount of time.

Related to Services SOW

  • Services Start Date means the date as set out in the Specification (Schedule 1);

  • Services plan means a written statement that describes the special education and related services the school district will provide to a parentally-placed child with a disability enrolled in a private school located in the district, including the location of the services and any transportation necessary, consistent with 34 CFR §§ 300.132, 300.137-139.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Transition Services Agreement means a transition services agreement substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C to be entered into between Seller and Purchaser at the Closing.

  • Transition Services Agreements means the transition services agreements between the Purchaser and one or more of the Sellers in substantially the forms attached hereto as Exhibit D and Exhibit E.

  • Transitional Services means services involving technical or specialized knowledge required to complete a project or to provide temporary consulting services to the City.

  • Transitional Services Agreement means that certain Transitional Services Agreement to be entered into at the Closing between Seller or any of its Affiliates on the one hand, and Purchaser, on the other hand, in the form of Exhibit 10.1.236.

  • The Services means those services ancillary to the supply of the Goods, such as transportation and insurance, and any other incidental services, such as installation, commissioning, provision of technical assistance, training, and other such obligations of the Supplier covered under the Contract.

  • Support Services the support services, as described in the Support Services Description, that We provide to You in respect of the Cloud Service.

  • Services Provider means a provider of telecommunications services or other services similar to the Services, including O2 or an O2 Affiliate or any direct or indirect supplier of O2 or an O2 Affiliate;

  • Technical Services Agreement means the Technical Services Agreement between Cheniere LNG, Inc. and Contractor, dated June 7, 2010.

  • Wireless services provider means a person who provides wireless services.

  • Hosted Services means the hosting, management and operation of the computing hardware, ancillary equipment, Software, firmware, data, other services (including support services), and related resources for remote electronic access and use by the State and its Authorized Users, including any services and facilities related to disaster recovery obligations.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Services Contract means an agreement for the provision of Services entered into with a Provider by one or more of the Partners in accordance with the relevant Individual Scheme. Service Users means those individual for whom the Partners have a responsibility to commission the Services. SOSH means the Secretary of State for Health.

  • Transition Services means a coordinated set of activities for a child with a disability that:

  • Master Services Agreement means the master services agreement dated as of the date hereof, among the Service Providers, the Partnership, the Holding LP, the Holding Entities and others;

  • Services Fees means the agreed upon fees in an Order for the Services Offerings.

  • Ancillary Services means those services that are necessary to support the transmission of capacity and energy from resources to loads while maintaining reliable operation of the Transmission Provider’s Transmission System in accordance with Good Utility Practice. Applicable Laws and Regulations:

  • New Services Queue means all Interconnection Requests, Completed Applications, and Upgrade Requests that are received within each six-month period ending on March 31 and September 30 of each year shall collectively comprise a New Services Queue.

  • Related Services means the services incidental to the supply of the goods, such as insurance, delivery, installation, commissioning, training and initial maintenance and other such obligations of the Supplier under the Contract.

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • Services Agreement means an agreement entered into between a Utility and one or more Affiliates for the provision of Shared Services or For Profit Affiliate Services and shall provide for the following matters as appropriate in the circumstances:

  • Technical Support Services means the technical support and maintenance Services provided by us according to our then-current technical support policy and procedure listed at xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (“Technical Support Policy”) when the Services are purchased.

  • Platform Services means the products and services that Platform Users receive from a Stripe Connect Platform, regardless of whether fees are charged (e.g., web development, customer support or hosting services).

  • Processing Services means those services described herein or commonly performed under the management and direction of Bank by a Card Processor or Credit Processor which are necessary to manage a Program and process transactions in accordance with Applicable Law. Such services shall include but shall not be limited to: set-up and maintenance of a Program and Cards, transaction authorization, processing, clearing and Settlement, System access, Card Services, Credit Services, Cardholder dispute resolution, collections, System compliance, regulatory compliance, security and fraud control, and activity reporting.
