DBCT Management must provide the following services, incidental to Coal handling (unless provided directly by the Operator): • sampling and survey services; • vessel monitoring; • co-ordination with ships’ agents, masters, customers and other relevant entities; • crew disembarkation services; and • wharfage and line services.
