SERP Committee definition

SERP Committee or “Committee” means a committee consisting of the Chairman and the President of The New York Times Company.
SERP Committee means The NASDAQ OMX Group, Inc. SERP Committee (formerly known as the Nasdaq Stock Market, Inc.

  • In addition, the SERP Committee may, it is discretion, delegate any of its authority, duties and responsibilities hereunder to any other individual or individuals.

  • In the event a claimant’s claim is denied, a claimant may request a review of his or her claim by the SERP Committee.

  • The SERP Committee may require that any claim for benefits and any request for a review of denied claim be filed on forms to be furnished by the SERP Committee upon request.

  • The SERP Committee may, in its sole discretion, terminate, suspend or amend this Plan at any time or from time to time, in whole or in part.

  • Banning Committee means a Committee constituted for the purpose of these guidelines by the competent authority. The members of this Committee shall not, at any stage, be connected with the tendering process under reference.

  • Administrative Committee means the committee in charge of Plan administration, as described in Article VII.

  • Sub-Committee means a committee of a committee created by the Board.

  • Nominating Committee means the nominating committee of the board of directors of the Company established pursuant to the Articles, or any successor committee.

  • Project Committee means a Committee comprising the Minister, the Lord Mayor or Deputy Lord Mayor of the City and the Chairman or Acting Chairman of the Metropolitan Region Planning Authority constituted under and for the purposes of this Agreement;

  • Review Committee or “Committee” means a committee established pursuant to rule Chapter 67-60, F.A.C.

  • Audit Committee or Committee means Committee of Board of Directors of the Company constituted under provisions of Listing agreement and Companies Act, 2013.
