Senior Authorized Officer definition

Senior Authorized Officer means, with respect to any Person, any officer of such Person that is a chief executive officer, chief operating officer, chief credit officer, credit committee member, executive vice president or president (or, in each case, any other officer with a position analogous to those identified above and in the case of any limited liability company, any manager) or any other officer responsible for the management or administration of the Collateral or the performance of such Person’s obligations under the Loan Documents.
Senior Authorized Officer means, (i) with respect to the Borrower, Collateral Manager or Retention Holder, a member of the structured products group of Gxxxx Capital with direct responsibility for the administration of this Agreement and (ii) with respect to any other Person, any officer of such Person that is a chief executive officer, chief operating officer, chief credit officer, credit committee member, executive vice president or president (or, in each case, any other officer with a position analogous to those identified above and in the case of any limited liability company, any manager) or any other officer responsible for the management or administration of the Collateral or the performance of such Person’s obligations under the Loan Documents.
