Authorized Issuer Representative definition

Authorized Issuer Representative means the person at the time designated to act on behalf of the Issuer by resolution or written certificate furnished to the Corporation and the Trustee, containing the specimen signature of such person and signed on behalf of the Issuer by its Mayor or City Administrator. Such Certificate may designate an alternate or alternates.
Authorized Issuer Representative means the Chairman of the Board of Directors or the Executive Director of the Issuer, or such other person at the time designated to act on behalf of the Issuer as evidenced by written certificate furnished to the Borrower, the Credit Enhancer and the Trustee containing the specimen signature of such person and signed on behalf of the Issuer by its Executive Director. Such certificate may designate an alternate or alternates, each of whom shall be entitled to perform all duties of and exercise all powers of an Authorized Issuer Representative.
Authorized Issuer Representative means the Chair of the Board of Commissioners of the Issuer or any person at the time designated to act on behalf of the Issuer by a written certificate furnished to the Borrower and the Trustee containing the specimen signature of such person and signed on behalf of the Issuer by the Chair of the Board of Commissioners of the Issuer.

Authorized Issuer Representative means any officer or official of the Issuer who executes this Lease and any other person at the time designated to act on behalf of the Issuer by written certificate furnished to the Company, the Holder and the Custodian, containing the specimen signature of such person and signed on behalf of the Issuer by the Chairman or other officer of the Issuer; more than one person may be designated as an Authorized Issuer Representative.
