Designated Financial Officer definition

Designated Financial Officer means, with respect to any Borrower, its chief financial officer, director of treasury services, treasurer, assistant treasurer, or any position similar to any of the foregoing.
Designated Financial Officer of a Person shall mean the individual designated from time to time by the Board of Directors or governing body performing like functions of such Person to be the chief financial officer or treasurer of such Person (and individuals designated from time to time by the Board of Directors or governing body performing like functions of such Person to act in lieu of the chief financial officer or the treasurer).
Designated Financial Officer means an individual holding one or more of the following offices with the Borrower or otherwise having executive responsibilities for financial matters and listed in SCHEDULE 1.5 hereto: chief financial officer, principal accounting officer, treasurer, assistant treasurer or controller.
