Authorized Signer means each person who has been authorized by the Borrower to execute and deliver any requests for Advances hereunder pursuant to a written authorization delivered to the Agent and whose signature card or incumbency certificate has been received by the Agent.

Authorized Signer means a person who has your actual or apparent authority to transact business on your Business Eligible Account(s), whether or not that person has signed the signature card or other documentation for your account(s).
