Scheduled Outage Projection has the meaning set forth in Section 4.4(a).

  • Seller shall notify Buyer of any change in the Scheduled Outage Projection as soon as practicable, but in no event later than thirty (30) days prior to the originally-scheduled date of the Scheduled Outage.

  • For changes to a Scheduled Outage Projection requested by Buyer for reasons other than reliability, Seller shall notify Buyer of any incremental costs associated with such schedule change and an alternative schedule change, if any, that would entail lower incremental costs.

  • Seller shall use commercially reasonable efforts to notify Buyers’ Agent of any change in the Scheduled Outage Projection fifty-five (55) days prior to the first day of the month of the originally scheduled date of the Scheduled Outage, but in no event later than forty-five (45) days prior to the first day of the month of the originally-scheduled date of the Scheduled Outage.

  • Scheduled Outage has the meaning given to it in the Grid Code;
