Site Control Documents definition

Site Control Documents means the real property leases and easements for the Site that together establish Site Control.
Site Control Documents means those documents evidencing the real property interests of Seller (or its Affiliates) in the Production Facility Sites.
Site Control Documents means (a) each Land Lease, (b) the Shared Facilities Agreement, and (c) the documents listed on Appendix N.

  • In the event that Buyer serves any such notice as provided above, neither Seller (whether as debtor in possession or otherwise) nor such trustee shall seek to reject or disaffirm the Site Control Documents and Seller (whether as debtor in possession or otherwise) and such trustee shall comply with such demand within thirty (30) days after such notice shall have been given, subject to Buyer’s performance of such covenant.

Site Control Documents means the documents listed on Appendix R.
Site Control Documents means (i) the site control documents and related forms and requirements set forth in Exhibit J-1, copies of which Contractor acknowledges have been provided by Owner to Contractor, and (ii) leases, easements, access agreements and other real property documents relating to the Site entered into by Owner or its Affiliates after the Effective Date and which are provided to Contractor by Owner.
Site Control Documents means, with respect to each Project, all agreements and instruments granting any real property interest required for the construction, operation or maintenance of such Project.
