CAISO Tariff definition

CAISO Tariff means the CAISO FERC Electric Tariff, Fifth Replacement Volume No. 1, as amended from time to time.
CAISO Tariff means the California Independent System Operator Corporation Operating Agreement and Tariff, including the rules, protocols, procedures and standards attached thereto, as the same may be amended or modified from time to time and approved by the FERC.
CAISO Tariff means the California Independent System Operator Corporation Agreement and Tariff, Business Practice Manuals (BPMs), and Operating Procedures, including the rules, protocols, procedures and standards attached thereto, as the same may be amended or modified from time-to-time and approved by FERC.

  • Unless, in Project Developer’s reasonable judgment, immediate action is required, including under the CAISO Tariff or the CAISO LGIA, Project Developer shall obtain the consent of IID, such consent to not be unreasonably withheld, prior to performing any manual switching operations at the Project or Project Developer’s Connection Facilities in response to an Emergency Condition either declared by IID or otherwise regarding IID’s Connection Facilities or the IID Tie-Line.
