The Liquidator expressly reserves the right to abandon/ cancel/ terminate/ waive the Bid Process, or a part thereof, as contemplated hereunder (at any stage without incurring any liability), including in the event no valid Bids are received for assets categories which are given preference more specifically set out under this clause.
