Examples of Final Scheduled Distribution Date in a sentence
Notwithstanding the foregoing, on or after the Final Scheduled Distribution Date for the Class D Notes, the Noteholders’ Regular Principal Distributable Amount will equal the greater of (1) the amount specified above and (2) the outstanding principal balance of the notes as of the preceding distribution date reduced by the Aggregate Noteholders’ Priority Principal Distributable Amount, if any, with respect to the then current distribution date.
In addition, on the Final Scheduled Distribution Date, the Class A Principal Distributable Amount will equal the Class A Certificate Balance as of the Final Scheduled Distribution Date.
It is expected that each Class of Certificates will receive its final distribution of principal and interest on or prior to the Final Scheduled Distribution Date.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the final distribution in respect of any Note (whether on the Final Scheduled Distribution Date or otherwise) will be payable only upon presentation and surrender of such Note at the office or agency maintained for that purpose by the Note Registrar pursuant to Section 2.4 of the Indenture.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement or otherwise, the Servicer shall not amend or otherwise modify any Receivable such that the Amount Financed, the Annual Percentage Rate, or the number of originally scheduled due dates is altered or such that the last scheduled due date occurs after the Final Scheduled Distribution Date.
