Scheduled Expiration Date definition

Scheduled Expiration Date is defined in Schedule 1 to the Lease.
Scheduled Expiration Date means thirty (30) years after the Term Commencement Date.
Scheduled Expiration Date means November 19, 2023 (the third (3rd) anniversary of the Original Issue Date) or, if not a Business Day, then the next Business Day thereafter.

More Definitions of Scheduled Expiration Date

Scheduled Expiration Date means with respect to Loans to be made to any Trust, the Distribution Date relating to the final maturity date of the latest maturing class of Notes of such Trust.
