S Business definition

S Business means the definition of S Business set forth on Schedule A of the Disclosure Schedule.
S Business shall have the meaning given in the first recital to this Agreement.
S Business means any business in which the Company actively engages now or until the Retirement Date, and any business in which the Company has actively engaged in the two (2) year period prior to the Retirement Date. In the event Stodnick shall violate any provision of the agreement, then, in such event, such violation shall toll the running of such time period from the date of such violation until such violation shall cease.
