RSU Plans definition

RSU Plans means the Alcan Restricted Share Unit Plan, including the subplan applicable to fiscal residents in France as well as any other Restricted Share Unit Plan in effect at the date hereof;
RSU Plans means, together, KML’s Restricted Share Unit Plan for Non-Employee Directors and KML’s 2017 Restricted Share Units Plan for Canadian Employees.
RSU Plans means Indegene Lifesystems Private Limited Employee Restricted Stock Unit Plan, 2015 (“RSU 2015”) and Indegene Limited Employee Restricted Stock Unit Plan, 2020 (“RSU 2020”);

  • Vesting under both RSU Plans is subject to special rules for death, disability and change in control.
