Company Share Plans definition

Company Share Plans mean (a) the Company’s Stock Related Award Incentive Plan of 1999, as amended; (b) the Company’s 2010 Stock Incentive Plan, as amended; and (c) the Company’s 2015 Stock Incentive Plan, as amended;

Company Share Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(a).

Company Share Plans means the 2010 Option Plan and the 2013 Share Incentive Plan collectively, each as amended and restated.

Examples of Company Share Plans in a sentence

• As of October 30, 2015, options to purchase 8,422,177 Class A Shares have been granted and outstanding under the Company Share Plans.

Company Share Plans means, collectively, the 2011 Equity Incentive Plan, as amended, the Amended and Restated 2014 Equity Incentive Plan, the 2014 Non-Employee Equity Plan, as amended, the Amended and Restated 2018 Equity Incentive Plan, the 2020 Employee Share Purchase Plan, and the Amended and Restated 2020 Equity Incentive Plan, as amended, including any sub-plans thereto.
