Company Equity Plans definition

Company Equity Plans means the Company’s 1994 Stock Option Plan, 1998 Stock Option Plan, 2000 Stock Option Plan, 2003 Equity Incentive Plan and 2005 Equity Incentive Plan, each as may be amended from time to time, and any stock option agreements, award notices, stock purchase agreements or other agreements or instruments executed and delivered pursuant thereto.
Company Equity Plans means any stock option, stock incentive, stock purchase or other equity compensation plan, sub-plan or non-plan agreement sponsored or maintained by the Company or any Subsidiary or controlled Affiliate of the Company or to which any such entity is a party.
Company Equity Plans means the Company’s 2011 Stock Incentive Plan, the Company’s 2015 Omnibus Equity Incentive Plan, the Company’s 2017 Omnibus Equity Incentive Plan and the Company’s 2020 Omnibus Equity Incentive Plan.

Company Equity Plans means (a) the Company’s 2007 Equity Incentive Plan, as amended or restated, (b) the Company’s 2008 Equity Inducement Plan and (c) the Company’s 2018 Equity Inducement Plan.

Direct Stock Purchase and Dividend Reinvestment Plan and (viii) ONEOK, Inc. 2018 Equity Incentive Plan.
Company Equity Plans means the Company’s 2011 Employee Stock Incentive Plan, and the Company’s 2018 Employee Stock Incentive Plan, as amended from time to time.
Company Equity Plans means the compensatory plans set forth in Section 1.1(x) of the Company Disclosure Letter that provide for the issuance of any Company Equity-Based Awards.
