Company Option Plans definition

Company Option Plans means the Company 1994 Incentive Stock Plan, the Company 1995 Outside Director’s Stock Option Plan and the Company 2004 Incentive Stock Plan.
Company Option Plans means the following stock option plans of the Company: (a) the Amended and Restated 1989 Stock Plan, (b) the Amended and Restated 1996 Stock Incentive Plan and (c) the 2002 Nonqualified Stock Incentive Plan.
Company Option Plans means the Company’s 1999 Stock Option Plan and 2000 Stock Plan, each as amended, or any other compensatory option plans or Contracts of the Company, including, without limitation, option plans or Contracts assumed by the Company pursuant to a merger or acquisition.

  • At or immediately prior to the Effective Time, the Company will cause all options then outstanding under the Company's 1986 and 1994 stock option plans (the "Company Option Plans"), whether or not vested, to be cashed out and terminated.
