Company RSUs definition

Company RSUs mean restricted stock units with respect to shares of Company Common Stock granted under any Company Stock Plan.

Company RSUs means each award of restricted stock units outstanding under any of the Company Stock Plans.

Company RSUs means any service-based restricted stock units or deferred stock units of the Company, whether granted pursuant to any of the Company Stock Plans or otherwise.

Company RSUs means any share unit payable in shares of Company Common Stock or whose value is determined with reference to the value of shares of Company Common Stock, whether granted under a Company Stock Plan or otherwise.
