• As of the Effective Time, all Stock Plans and all outstanding equity and equity-based awards shall be terminated, effective as of immediately prior to the Closing and contingent upon the occurrence of the Closing, and no further shares of Company Common Stock, Company Equity Awards, equity interests or other rights with respect to shares of Company Common Stock shall be granted thereunder.

More Definitions of Stock Plans

Stock Plans means the Interface, Inc. Omnibus Stock Incentive Plan, the Interface, Inc. Key Employee Stock Option Plan (1993), the Interface, Inc. Offshore Stock Option Plan, and the Interface Flooring Systems, Inc. Key Employee Stock Option Plan, together with any other incentive stock plans adopted by the Company during the term of this Agreement.

Stock Plans means the Company's 1996 Stock Incentive Plan, 1996 Broad-Based Employee Stock Plan and any other stock compensation plan applicable to the Executive, or any similar successor plan or arrangement.

Stock Plans means the Stock Incentive Plan and the other option, stock purchase and/or dividend reinvestment plans of the Public REIT, General Partner or the Partnership that are in effect from time to time.
