Stock Plans definition

Stock Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(c).
Stock Plans shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.9(a).

More Definitions of Stock Plans

Stock Plans means the Interface, Inc. Omnibus Stock Incentive Plan, the Interface, Inc. Key Employee Stock Option Plan (1993), the Interface, Inc. Offshore Stock Option Plan, and the Interface Flooring Systems, Inc. Key Employee Stock Option Plan, together with any other incentive stock plans adopted by the Company during the term of this Agreement.
Stock Plans means the Company's 1996 Stock Incentive Plan, 1996 Broad-Based Employee Stock Plan and any other stock compensation plan applicable to the Executive, or any similar successor plan or arrangement.
Stock Plans means the 2018 Stock Option and Incentive Plan and any other stock plans or stock option plans established and maintained by the Company at any time during the Term and pursuant to which Executive holds any options, stock, awards and/or purchase rights, each as may be or may have been amended.
Stock Plans means all stock option plans and other stock or ----------- equity-related plans of the Company.
