Parent Equity Plans definition

Parent Equity Plans means the Equitrans Midstream Corporation 2018 Long-Term Incentive Plan, the Equitrans Midstream Corporation DirectorsDeferred Compensation Plan and any other plans or arrangements of Parent providing for or governing the grant, exercise or settlement of awards of Parent Common Stock or cash settlement of awards valued, in whole or in part, by reference to Parent Common Stock, or otherwise relating thereto.
Parent Equity Plans means Parent’s 2013 Incentive Award Plan and the WC Equity Incentive Plan.

  • Since the Measurement Date until the date of this Agreement, Parent has not issued any securities (including derivative securities) except for Parent Common Shares issued upon exercise or settlement of awards under the Parent Equity Plans as were outstanding at the close of business on the Measurement Date.

Parent Equity Plans means any stock option, stock incentive, stock purchase or other equity compensation plan, sub-plan or non-plan agreement sponsored or maintained by Parent or any Subsidiary or controlled Affiliate of Parent or to which any such entity is a party.
