Parent Equity Plans definition

Parent Equity Plans means all employee and director equity incentive plans of Parent and agreements for equity awards in respect of Parent Common Stock granted under the inducement grant exception.

Parent Equity Plans means, collectively, Parent’s 1996 Stock Option Plan, Incentive Option Plan, Management Incentive Option Plan, 2002 Equity Incentive Plan and 2012 Employee Stock Purchase Plan.

Parent Equity Plans means Parent’s 2013 Incentive Award Plan and the [WC] Equity Incentive Plan.

• All outstanding equity securities of Parent are, and all Parent Shares issuable pursuant to the Parent Equity Plans, when issued in accordance with the respective terms thereof, will be, duly authorized, validly issued, fully paid and nonassessable and free of preemptive rights.

More Definitions of Parent Equity Plans

Parent Equity Plans means any stock option, stock incentive, stock purchase or other equity compensation plan, sub-plan or non-plan agreement sponsored or maintained by Parent or any Subsidiary or controlled Affiliate of Parent or to which any such entity is a party.

Parent Equity Plans means the Amended and Restated 2005 Omnibus Incentive Plan pursuant to which outstanding Parent Stock Options and Parent Restricted Stock Rights have been granted.

Parent Equity Plans means the Parent Stock Option Plans, the LTIPs and the Parent Equity Retention Plan.

Parent Equity Plans means the Equitrans Midstream Corporation 2018 Long-Term Incentive Plan, the Equitrans Midstream Corporation Directors’ Deferred Compensation Plan and any other plans or arrangements of Parent providing for or governing the grant, exercise or settlement of awards of Parent Common Stock or cash settlement of awards valued, in whole or in part, by reference to Parent Common Stock, or otherwise relating thereto.

Parent Equity Plans means the Skillsoft Corp. 2020 Omnibus Incentive Plan and any successor plans thereto. “Parent Material Contracts” has the meaning set forth in Section 6.13.
