Revolving Swing Line Commitment definition

Revolving Swing Line Commitment means as to any Lender (a) the amount set forth opposite such Lender’s name on Schedule 2.01B hereof or (b) if such Lender has entered into an Assignment and Assumption or has otherwise assumed a Revolving Swing Line Commitment after the Closing Date, the amount set forth for such Lender as its Revolving Swing Line Commitment in the Register maintained by the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 10.06(c).

Related to Revolving Swing Line Commitment

  • Swing Line Commitment means, as to the Swing Line Lender, the commitment of the Swing Line Lender to make Swing Line Advances as set forth on Annex J to the Agreement, which commitment constitutes a subfacility of the Revolving Loan Commitment of the Swing Line Lender.

  • Revolving Credit Commitment means, as to each Revolving Credit Lender, its obligation to (a) make Revolving Credit Loans to the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.01(b), (b) purchase participations in L/C Obligations, and (c) purchase participations in Swing Line Loans, in an aggregate principal amount at any one time outstanding not to exceed the amount set forth opposite such Lender’s name on Schedule 2.01 under the caption “Revolving Credit Commitment” or opposite such caption in the Assignment and Assumption pursuant to which such Lender becomes a party hereto, as applicable, as such amount may be adjusted from time to time in accordance with this Agreement.
