Swing Line Commitment definition

Swing Line Commitment means, as to the Swing Line Lender, the commitment of the Swing Line Lender to make Swing Line Advances as set forth on Annex J to the Agreement, which commitment constitutes a subfacility of the Revolving Loan Commitment of the Swing Line Lender.
Swing Line Commitment the obligation of the Swing Line Lender to make Swing Line Loans pursuant to Section 2.6 in an aggregate principal amount at any one time outstanding not to exceed $10,000,000.

More Definitions of Swing Line Commitment

Swing Line Commitment means, as to each Swing Line Lender, its obligation to make Swing Line Loans in an aggregate principal amount at any one time outstanding not to exceed the amount set forth opposite such Lender’s name on Schedule 2.1 as its “Swing Line Commitment” or in the Assignment and Assumption pursuant to which such Lender becomes a party hereto, as applicable, as such amount may be adjusted from time to time in accordance with this Agreement.
Swing Line Commitment means with respect to the Swing Line Bank at any time the amount set forth opposite the Swing Line Bank’s name on Schedule I - Commitments hereto, as such amount may be reduced pursuant to Section 2.05.
