In no event shall the sum of the aggregate outstanding principal balance of the Revolving Credit Loans and the aggregate undrawn amount of all unexpired Letters of Credit exceed the Aggregate Revolving Credit Commitment.
The Swingline Lender shall not make any Swingline Loan if (i) the requested Borrowing would cause the aggregate outstanding amount of Revolving Credit Loans, Swingline Loans and undrawn amount of unexpired Letters of Credit to exceed the Aggregate Revolving Credit Commitment on such Borrowing Date or (ii) the requested Borrowing would cause the aggregate outstanding amount of Swingline Loans to exceed Seventy Five Million Dollars ($75,000,000).
