All such fees referred to in Section 2.09(a) and Section 2.09(b)(i) shall be payable quarterly in arrears on March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31 of each year during the Revolving Commitment Period, commencing on the first such date to occur after the Effective Date, and on the Revolving Commitment Termination Date.
