Swingline Commitment definition
Swingline Commitment the obligation of the Swingline Lender to make Swingline Loans pursuant to Section 2.6 in an aggregate principal amount at any one time outstanding not to exceed $10,000,000.
Swingline Commitment means the commitment of the Swingline Lender to make Swingline Loans in an aggregate principal amount at any time outstanding of up to the Swingline Committed Amount.
Swingline Commitment means the Swingline Lender’s obligation to make Swingline Loans pursuant to Section 2.4. in an amount up to, but not exceeding the amount set forth in the first sentence of Section 2.4.(a), as such amount may be reduced from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof.

Each borrowing under the Swingline Commitment shall be in an amount equal to $10,000,000 or a whole multiple of $1,000,000 in excess thereof.
Prior to the Termination Date, the Borrower may use the Swingline Commitment by borrowing, repaying (in whole or part) and reborrowing, all in accordance with the terms and conditions hereof.
More Definitions of Swingline Commitment
Swingline Commitment means the commitment of the Swingline Lender to make loans pursuant to Section 2.12, as the same may be reduced from time to time pursuant to Section 2.07 or Section 2.12.
Swingline Commitment means, as to any Lender (a) the amount set forth opposite such Lender’s name on Schedule 2.01 hereof or (b) if such Lender has entered into an Assignment and Assumption or has otherwise assumed a Swingline Commitment after the Closing Date, the amount set forth for such Lender as its Swingline Commitment in the Register maintained by the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 11.06(c).
Swingline Commitment means the commitment, if any, of the Swingline Lender to make Swingline Loans. As of the Closing Date, the Swingline Commitment is $10,000,000.
Swingline Commitment means the commitment of the Swingline Lender to make loans pursuant to Section 2.17, as the same may be reduced from time to time pursuant to Section 2.07 or Section 2.17. The amount of the Swingline Commitment shall initially be $10.0 million, but in no event exceed the Revolving Commitment.
Swingline Commitment means the obligation of the Swingline Lender to make Swingline Loans not exceeding $30,000,000.
Swingline Commitment means the lesser of (a) $25,000,000 and (b) the Revolving Credit Commitment.
Swingline Commitment means the commitment of the Swingline Lender to make Loans pursuant to Section 2.04.
