Swing Line Facility definition
Swing Line Facility means the revolving credit facility made available by the Swing Line Lender pursuant to Section 2.04.
Swing Line Facility has the meaning specified in Section 2.01(c).
Swing Line Facility has the meaning specified in Section 2.01(b).
Examples of Swing Line Facility in a sentence
Within the limits of the Swing Line Facility and within the limits referred to in the first sentence of this subsection (f), a Revolving Credit Borrower may borrow under this Section 2.01(f), repay pursuant to Section 2.04(d) or prepay pursuant to Section 2.06(a) and reborrow under this Section 2.01(f).
D▇▇▇ ▇▇▇, upon at least two Business Days’ notice to the Administrative Agent, terminate in whole or reduce in part the unused portions of the Swing Line Facility, the Letter of Credit Sublimit and/or the Unused Revolving Credit Commitments; provided, however, that each partial reduction shall be in an aggregate amount of $5,000,000 or an integral multiple of $1,000,000 in excess thereof.
More Definitions of Swing Line Facility
Swing Line Facility means, at any time, an amount equal to the amount of the Swing Line Bank’s Swing Line Commitment at such time, as such amount may be reduced at or prior to such time pursuant to Section 2.05.
Swing Line Facility means the credit facility evidenced by the Swing Line Commitment.
Swing Line Facility means the revolving credit facility made available by the Swing Line Lenders pursuant to Section 2.05.
Swing Line Facility means the swing line credit facility being extended pursuant to this Agreement, in the original maximum principal amount equal to the Swing Line Commitment Amount.
