Revolving Commitment Percentage definition
Revolving Commitment Percentage means, for each Lender, the percentage identified as its Revolving Commitment Percentage on Schedule 2.1(a), as such percentage may be modified in connection with any assignment made in accordance with the provisions of Section 9.6(c).
Revolving Commitment Percentage means, for each Lender, a fraction (expressed as a percentage carried to the ninth decimal place), the numerator of which is such Lender’s Revolving Commitment and the denominator of which is the Aggregate Revolving Commitments. The initial Revolving Commitment Percentages are set forth on Appendix A.
Revolving Commitment Percentage means, as to each Lender with a Revolving Commitment, the ratio, expressed as a percentage, of (a) the amount of such Lender’s Revolving Commitment to (b) the aggregate amount of the Revolving Commitments of all Revolving Lenders; provided, however, that if at the time of determination the Revolving Commitments have been terminated or been reduced to zero, the “Revolving Commitment Percentage” of each Lender with a Revolving Commitment shall be the “Revolving Commitment Percentage” of such Lender in effect immediately prior to such termination or reduction.

Revolving Commitment Percentage means, at any time, with respect to each Revolving Lender, the percentage obtained by dividing its Revolving Commitment at such time by the Total Revolving Commitment or, if the Revolving Commitments have been terminated, the Revolving Commitment Percentage of each Revolving Lender that existed immediately prior to such termination.
