Revolver Security Documents definition

Revolver Security Documents means the Revolver Security Agreement and all other Security Documents (as defined in the Revolving Credit Agreement).

Revolver Security Documents means the Revolver Credit Agreement (insofar as the same grants a Lien on the Revolver Collateral), each agreement listed in Part A of Exhibit C hereto, and any other security agreements, pledge agreements, collateral assignments, mortgages, deeds of trust, control agreements, or grants or transfers for security, now existing or entered into after the date hereof, executed and delivered by the Borrower or any other Grantor creating (or purporting to create) a Lien upon Revolver Collateral in favor of the Revolver Agent (which will be subsequently assigned to the Collateral Trustee as contemplated by this Agreement) (including any such agreements, assignments, mortgages, deeds of trust and other documents or instruments associated with any Revolver Substitute Credit Facility).

Revolver Security Documents means, collectively, any and all documents executed in connection with the Revolver Credit Agreement or in furtherance thereof, pursuant to which the Company or its Domestic Subsidiaries grants to the Revolver Lenders (whether through the Revolver Agent or otherwise) a Lien on the Revolver Collateral, as the same may be amended, modified, supplemented or acknowledged from time to time to the extent, and only to the extent, that such amendment, modification, supplement or acknowledgment is permitted by the Revolver Credit Agreement.

  • By accepting the benefits of this Agreement and the other Revolver Security Documents, each Revolver Secured Party authorizes the Revolver Agent to enter into this Agreement and to act on its behalf hereunder and in connection herewith.

  • Dutch Security Documents means the Dutch Security Agreements, the Dutch Share Pledges, and each other agreement, document or instrument executed by any Loan Party governed by Dutch law which provides for a Lien in favor of the Agent as security for any of the Obligations.

  • Foreign Security Documents means each security document set forth on Schedule 1.01E.

  • Revolver Note means any one of such Revolver Notes.

  • First Lien Security Documents means, collectively, (i) the Credit Agreement Collateral Documents and (ii) the Additional First-Lien Security Documents.

  • Second Lien Security Documents means the “Security Documents”, as defined in the Second Lien Credit Agreement, and any other agreement, document or instrument pursuant to which a Lien is granted to secure any Second Lien Obligations or under which rights or remedies with respect to any such Lien are governed.

  • Transaction Security Documents means each of the documents listed as being a Transaction Security Document in paragraph 2(e) of Part I of Schedule 2 (Conditions Precedent) of the 2009 Financing Agreement and any document required to be delivered to the Administrative Agent under paragraph 3(d) of Part II of Schedule 2 (Conditions Precedent) of the 2009 Financing Agreement together with any other document entered into by any Obligor creating or expressed to create any Security over all or any part of its assets in respect of the obligations of any of the Obligors under any of the Finance Documents (and any other Debt Documents).

  • Priority Lien Security Documents means the Priority Credit Agreement (insofar as the same grants a Lien on the Collateral), each agreement listed in Part A of Exhibit B hereto, and any other security agreements, pledge agreements, collateral assignments, mortgages, deeds of trust, control agreements, or grants or transfers for security, now existing or entered into after the date hereof, executed and delivered by the Borrower or any other Grantor creating (or purporting to create) a Lien upon Collateral in favor of the Priority Lien Agent (including any such agreements, assignments, mortgages, deeds of trust and other documents or instruments associated with any Priority Substitute Credit Facility).

  • Note Security Documents means any agreement, document or instrument pursuant to which a Lien is granted securing any Note Obligations or under which rights or remedies with respect to such Liens are governed.

  • Senior Security Documents means with respect to any Senior Secured Party, the Security Documents that secure the Senior Obligations.

  • Security Documents means the Security Agreement, the Mortgages, the Intellectual Property Security Agreement, the Pledge Agreement, the Facility Guarantee, and each other security agreement or other instrument or document executed and delivered pursuant to this Agreement or any other Loan Document that creates a Lien in favor of the Collateral Agent to secure any of the Obligations.

  • Credit Agreement Collateral Documents means the Security Agreement, the other Collateral Documents (as defined in the Credit Agreement) and each other agreement entered into in favor of the Credit Agreement Collateral Agent for the purpose of securing any Credit Agreement Obligations.

  • Term Loan Documents means the “Loan Documents” as defined in the Term Loan Credit Agreement.
