Revolving Loan Documents definition

Revolving Loan Documents means the “Loan Documents” as defined in the Revolving Credit Agreement.
Revolving Loan Documents means, collectively, the following (as the same may be amended, restated, refinanced or otherwise modified from time to time to the extent not prohibited by the Intercreditor Agreement): (a) the Revolving Loan Agreement, all exhibits, schedules and disclosure letters referred to therein or delivered pursuant thereto, if any, (b) all amendments thereto, waivers relating thereto and other side letters or agreements affecting the terms thereof, and (c) all of the other agreements, documents and instruments executed and delivered in connection therewith or related thereto.
