First Lien Loan Documents definition

First Lien Loan Documents means the “Loan Documents” as defined in the First Lien Credit Agreement.

First Lien Loan Documents means the Loan Documents as such term is defined in the First Lien Credit Agreement, as such is amended, modified, supplemented or restated from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof and hereof.

First Lien Loan Documents means the Initial First Lien Loan Documents and any Additional First Lien Loan Documents.

• In the event of any conflict between the provisions of this Agreement and the provisions of the First Lien Loan Documents or the Second Lien Loan Documents, the provisions of this Agreement shall govern and control.

• Except as otherwise provided herein, the First Lien Claimholders will be entitled to manage and supervise their respective loans and extensions of credit under the First Lien Loan Documents in accordance with law and as they may otherwise, in their sole discretion, deem appropriate.

• All payments received by the First Lien Collateral Agent or the First Lien Claimholders may be applied, reversed and reapplied, in whole or in part, to such part of the First Lien Obligations provided for in the First Lien Loan Documents.

• Except as otherwise provided herein, the First Lien Claimholders will be entitled to manage and supervise their respective loans and extensions of credit under their respective First Lien Loan Documents in accordance with law and as they may otherwise, in their sole discretion, deem appropriate.

• If the new First Lien Obligations under the new First Lien Loan Documents are secured by assets of the Grantors constituting Collateral that do not also secure the Second Lien Obligations, then the Second Lien Obligations shall be secured at such time by a second priority Lien on such assets to the same extent provided in the Second Lien Collateral Documents and this Agreement.

More Definitions of First Lien Loan Documents

First Lien Loan Documents means the First Lien Credit Agreement and all agreements, documents and instruments at any time executed and/or delivered by any Credit Party or any other Person with, to or in favor of the First Lien Agent, the First Lien Lenders, or any of them, in connection therewith or related thereto, as all of the foregoing now exist or may hereafter be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the Intercreditor Agreement.

First Lien Loan Documents means the First Lien Credit Agreement and the Loan Documents (as defined in the First Lien Credit Agreement) and each of the other agreements, documents and instruments entered into for the purpose of evidencing, governing, securing or perfecting the First Lien Obligations and any other document or instrument executed or delivered at any time in connection with any First Lien Obligations, including any intercreditor or joinder agreement among holders of First Lien Obligations, to the extent such are effective at the relevant time, as each may be amended, restated, amended and restated, supplemented, replaced or Refinanced or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.

First Lien Loan Documents means the First Lien Credit Agreement and the Loan Documents (as defined in the First Lien Credit Agreement) and each of the other agreements, documents and instruments providing for or evidencing any other First Lien Obligation, and any other document or instrument executed or delivered at any time in connection with any First Lien Obligations, including any intercreditor or joinder agreement among holders of First Lien Obligations, to the extent such are effective at the relevant time, as each may be amended, restated, supplemented, modified, renewed or extended from time to time in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.

First Lien Loan Documents means the First Lien Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents (as defined in the First Lien Credit Agreement), and any other document related to or evidencing the loans and obligations thereunder or executed therewith.

First Lien Loan Documents means (i) the First Lien Credit Agreement and all related agreements and documents executed by any of the Debtors in connection with the First Lien Credit Agreement, and (ii) the First Lien Standalone LC Agreement and all related agreements and documents executed by any of the Debtors in connection with the First Lien Standalone LC Agreement.

First Lien Loan Documents means this Agreement, any Refinancing Amendment, any Loan Modification Agreement, any Incremental Facility Amendment, the First Lien Guarantee Agreement, the First Lien Collateral Agreement, the First/Second Lien Intercreditor Agreement, the other Security Documents, any Customary Intercreditor Agreement and any Note delivered pursuant to Section 2.09(e).

First Lien Loan Documents means the First-Lien Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents (as defined in the First-Lien Credit Agreement) and each of the other agreements, documents and instruments providing for or evidencing any other First-Lien Obligation and any other document or instrument executed or delivered at any time in connection with any First-Lien Obligation (including any intercreditor or joinder agreement among holders of First-Lien Obligations but excluding Hedging Agreements), to the extent such are effective at the relevant time, as each may be amended, modified, restated, supplemented, replaced and/or Refinanced from time to time.
