Other Security Documents definition

Other Security Documents means the Canadian Security Agreements, the Foreign Pledge Agreements, the Mortgages and each other instrument or document delivered in connection with the cash collateralization of Letters of Credit, pursuant to Section 5.08 of the Credit Agreement or otherwise to secure any of the Obligations.

Other Security Documents as used in this Note shall mean all and any of the documents other than this Note or the Security Instrument now or hereafter executed by Borrower and/or others and by or in favor of Lender, which wholly or partially secure or guarantee payment of this Note. Whenever used, the singular number shall include the plural, the plural number shall include the singular, and the words "Lender" and "Borrower" shall include their respective successors, assigns, heirs, executors and administrators. All of the terms, covenants and conditions contained in the Security Instrument and the Other Security Documents are hereby made part of this Note to the same extent and with the same force as if they were fully set forth herein.

Other Security Documents means the "Security Documents" referred to in the Other Charters;

Examples of Other Security Documents in a sentence

• All such costs and expenses incurred by Lender together with interest thereon calculated at the Default Rate shall be deemed to constitute a portion of the Debt and be secured by this Security Instrument and the Other Security Documents and shall be immediately due and payable upon demand by Lender therefor.

• Borrower hereby waives the right to assert a counterclaim, other than a mandatory or compulsory counterclaim, in any action or proceeding brought against it by Lender arising out of or in any way connected with this Security Instrument, the Note, any of the Other Security Documents, or the Obligations.

• The purchase money, proceeds and avails of any disposition of the Property, or any part thereof, or any other sums collected by Lender pursuant to the Note, this Security Instrument or the Other Security Documents, may be applied by Lender to the payment of the Debt in such priority and proportions as Lender in its discretion shall deem proper.

• This Note is secured by the Security Instrument and the Other Security Documents.

More Definitions of Other Security Documents

Other Security Documents means, the Security Documents as defined in the Disbursement Agreement, other than the Collateral Documents.

Other Security Documents means all and any of the documents other than this Note or the Mortgage, now or hereafter executed by Maker or others, and by or in favor of Payee, which wholly or partially secure or guarantee payment of this Note.

Other Security Documents means any agreement, document, instrument or deed granting, creating or evidencing any security or lien for any Other Indebtedness, including, without limitation, the "Security Documents" as defined in the Disbursement Agreement, other than the Security Documents.

Other Security Documents shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in SECTION 4.7 hereof.

Other Security Documents as used in this Note shall mean all and any of the documents other than this Note or the Security Instruments now or hereafter executed by Borrower and/or any Related Borrower and/or others and by or in favor of Lender, which wholly or partially secure or guarantee payment of this Note or any of the Related Notes, including, but not limited to, that certain Loan Agreement dated the date hereof between Borrowers, the Related Borrowers, and Lender and the Related Notes. Other Security Documents means financial statements of parent or subsidiary entities, credit reports or any other form of security or document review as deemed acceptable by Lodi in its sole and unfettered discretion.

Other Security Documents has the meaning given to the term “Security Documents” in the Other Facility Agreement.
