Permanent Head definition

Permanent Head means permanent head as defined below, or any official authorized by him/her to act on his/her behalf:  in respect of persons employed by government departments, the Deputy Minister of the department concerned;  in respect of employees of agencies not specifically covered by the definitions in this section, the highest management official in these agencies;  in respect of employees of Board operated hospitals and homes the CEO and/or Executive Director.
