Revenue Collection Account definition

Revenue Collection Account means an account in the name of the Operator at a bank acceptable to the Authority where all the revenues collected by the Operator are deposited, and from which all the payments are made by the Operator.
Revenue Collection Account has the meaning set forth in Section 6(a);
Revenue Collection Account means the Canadian dollar cash account established by the Parties with the Bank pursuant to the Account Agreement, in respect of which each Party is jointly and severally entitled and liable, subject to the terms of the Facilities Agreement and this Agreement.

More Definitions of Revenue Collection Account

Revenue Collection Account shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 5 of Article 14.

Revenue Collection Account means the “Revenue Collection Account” as defined under the Account Agreement and each other RMB denominated revenue collection accounts opened or to be opened by the Level-1 Onshore Sub with the Onshore Account Bank (or any replacement account or sub-account thereto).

  • Interest Collection Account A sub-account of the Collection Account created and maintained on the books and records of the Securities Intermediary entitled “Interest Collection Account” in the name of the Borrower and subject to the Lien of the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties.

  • Principal Collection Account A sub-account of the Collection Account created and maintained on the books and records of the Securities Intermediary entitled “Principal Collection Account” in the name of the Borrower and subject to the Lien of the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties.

  • Note Distribution Account means the account designated as such, established and maintained pursuant to Section 5.1.

  • Principal Account as set forth in the Standard Terms and Conditions of Trust shall be replaced with the term "Capital Account."
