Property A definition

Property A means the properties defined as “property a’ golf Afantou” in the topographic diagram of Annex 1 and includes land plots G1, G2, G3, G4, G5, G6 and G7, as well as the Tourist Public Asset (with the exception of the beach) as these are defined in the abovementioned topographic diagram. The Fund reserves the right to add to and/or remove from the above properties of land parcels or part thereof by notifying this to Interested Investors within a reasonable time before the last date for submitting Proposal.

Property A includes a tract, title to which is in the State in its public trust domain and includes all of the lands now or formerly constituting the beds and bottoms of all water bodies of every nature and description and all islands and other lands formed by accretion or reliction, except tax lands, owned by the State of Louisiana, situated in Bossier and Bienville parishes, Louisiana, within the following described boundaries: The Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SE1/4 of SE1/4), the West Half of the Southeast Quarter and the Southwest Quarter (W½ of the SE¼ and SW1/4) of Section 2; the South Half (S½), the Northwest Quarter (NW¼), and the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SW¼ of the NE¼) of Section 3; the South Half (S½), the Northeast Quarter (NE¼), and the South Half of the Northwest Quarter (S½ of the NW¼) of Section 4; the South Half (S½) and South Half of North Half (S½ of N½) of Section 5; the East Half of the East Half (E½ of the E½) of Section 7; all of Section 8; all of Section 9; all of Section 10; all of Section 11; the Northwest Quarter (NW1/4), the South Half of the Northeast Quarter and the South Half (S1/2 of NE1/4 and S1/2) of Section 12; all of Section 15; all of Section 16; the East Half (E½) and Northwest Quarter (NW¼) of Section 17; the Northeast Quarter (NE¼) of Section 20; the North Half (N½) of Section 21 and the Northwest Quarter (NW¼) of Section 22; all in Township 16 North, Range 10 West, Bossier and Bienville Parishes, Louisiana; however, there is specifically excluded from this description those waters or lands in Lake Bistineau which lie West of the West traverse of the former Dorcheat Bayou and Southwest of the Southwest traverse of the former Xxxxx Slough as shown on a survey made by W. E. Xxxxxx, X. X., dated September 27, 1913, and attached to that certain Process Verbal of Boundary Agreement dated April 16, 1955, and filed for record in the State Land Office, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, estimated to contain approximately 2,663 acres, all more fully shown outlined in red on a plat on file in the State Land Office.
