Transaction Account definition

Transaction Account means a cash account established and maintained by Repo Custodian for the Funds to effect repurchase transactions pursuant to the Master Agreement.

Transaction Account means any account at a Branch in respect of which deposits therein are withdrawable in practice upon demand or upon which third party drafts may be drawn by the depositor, including checking accounts, negotiable order of withdrawal accounts and money market deposit accounts.

Transaction Account means the account (to the extent maintained) designated as such in the name of the Guarantor held with the Account Bank and maintained subject to the terms of the Bank Account Agreement and the Security Agreement or such other account as may for the time being be in place with the prior consent of the Bond Trustee and designated as such;

Examples of Transaction Account in a sentence

If we decide to do this, we will provisionally credit your Eligible Transaction Account within ten (10) Business Days for the amount you think is in error.
If the Payment Instruction cannot be completed for any reason associated with your Eligible Transaction Account (for example, there are insufficient funds in your Eligible Transaction Account, or the Payment Instruction would exceed the credit or overdraft protection limit of your Eligible Transaction Account, to cover the payment), the Payment Instruction may or may not be completed.
In using the Service, you are requesting that we or our Service Provider attempt to make payments for you from your Eligible Transaction Account.
In certain circumstances, our Service Provider may either advance funds drawn on their corporate account or via an electronic debit, and in such circumstances will attempt to debit the Eligible Transaction Account a second time to complete the Payment Instruction.
In addition, and in accordance with our Privacy Policy, you agree that we reserve the right to obtain personal information about you, including without limitation, financial information and transaction history regarding your Eligible Transaction Account.

Transaction Account means a cash account established and maintained by Repo Custodian for the Funds to effect repurchase transactions pursuant to the Master Agreement. (dd) "Transaction Category" shall mean the particular type of repurchase transaction effected hereunder, as determined with reference to the term of the transaction and the categories of Securities that constitute Eligible Securities therefor, which term shall include FICASH I Transactions, FICASH II Transactions, FICASH III Transactions, FITERM I Transactions, FITERM II Transactions, FITERM III Transactions, and such other transaction categories as may from time to time be designated by the Funds by notice to Seller, Custodian and Repo Custodian.

Transaction Account. ’ shall mean one or more accounts, which meet the requirements set in Article IV. Point 8 letter b) of this document and which have successfully passed the process of Verification.

Transaction Account means the account in the Trustee’s name held with the Principal Paying Agent, into which the Obligor will deposit all amounts due to the Trustee under the Transaction Documents;

Transaction Account means, in relation to each Series, the account specified as such in the Final Terms;

Transaction Account means a deposit or account established and maintained by a natural person or persons under an individual or business name for personal, household, or business purposes, on which the depositor or account holder is permitted to make withdrawals by negotiable or transferable instruments, payment orders of withdrawal, or other similar device for the purpose of making payments or transfers to third persons or others, including demand deposits or accounts subject to check, draft, negotiable order of withdrawal, share draft, or other similar item. A transaction account does not include the deposit or account of a partnership having more than three partners, the personal representative of an estate, the trustee of a trust or a limited partnership.
