Restricted Competitor definition

Restricted Competitor means any of the companies listed on Exhibit A hereto, which is incorporated herein by this reference, each of whom Shareholder acknowledges is a direct competitor of the Company.

Restricted Competitor means CR Bard, Covidian, Coloplast, Astra Tech (div. of Dentsply), Smiths Medical, Intersurgical, B. Braun, Vygon, Ambu, Pajunk, and / or CareFusion, or any merged, acquiring or successor entity of any one of these organisations, or any third party that may, between the commencement of this Agreement and the Termination Date, acquire all or a substantial part of the assets or business of any one of these organisations.

Restricted Competitor means XX Xxxx, Covidian, Coloplast, Astra Tech (div. of Dentsply), Smiths Medical, Intersurgical, X. Xxxxx, Vygon, Pajunk, Ambu, and / or CareFusion, or any merged, acquiring or successor entity of any one of these organisations, or any third party that may, between the commencement of this Agreement and the Termination Date, acquire all or a substantial part of the assets or business of any one of these organisations.

Examples of Restricted Competitor in a sentence

• During the Restricted Period, I will not, without the prior written consent of the Company, (a) work for a Restricted Competitor; (b) provide advice or consulting services to a Restricted Competitor; or (c) otherwise provide services to a Restricted Competitor that are similar to those services that I provided to the Company and that are competitive with the transportation, delivery or logistics services provided by the Company during my employment.

• I agree that during my employment and for two (2) years after the conclusion of my employment with Cvent for any reason, I will not compete with Cvent by serving in a competitive capacity with, for, or on behalf of any Restricted Competitor.

• During the Restricted Period, Executive will not, without the prior written consent of the Company, (i) work for a Restricted Competitor; ii) provide advice or consulting services to a Restricted Competitor; or (iii) otherwise provide services to a Restricted Competitor that are similar to those services that Executive provided to the Company and that are competitive with the transportation, delivery or logistics services provided by the Company during his employment.

• Executive will provide this notification at least fourteen (14) days before Executive engages in any activity on behalf of a Restricted Competitor or engages in other activity that could foreseeably fall within a questioned restriction.

• During the Restricted Period, Executive will not, without the prior written consent of the Company, (i) work for a Restricted Competitor; (ii) provide advice or consulting services to a Restricted Competitor; or (iii) otherwise provide services to a Restricted Competitor that are similar to those services that Executive provided to the Company and that are competitive with the transportation, delivery or logistics services provided by the Company during Executive’s employment.

More Definitions of Restricted Competitor

Restricted Competitor means any entity that (i) is a Competing ETF Sponsor, (ii) is a Competing ETP Sponsor or (iii) competes with the WisdomTree Digital Business in any jurisdiction where the Digital Wallet (as defined below) is offered to customers.

Restricted Competitor means a person engaged in any business competitive with the Company’s and its Subsidiaries’ businesses of package delivery and global supply chain management solutions. The Restricted Competitors include, without limitation, the entities listed on Exhibit B.

Restricted Competitor means any entity that (i) is a Competing ETF Sponsor, (ii) is a Competing ETP Sponsor or (iii) competes with the WisdomTree Digital Business in any jurisdiction where the Digital Wallet is offered to customers.

Restricted Competitor means any business entity (or subsidiary or affiliate thereof) listed on the attached Exhibit A to this Agreement, as it may be amended from time to time.

Restricted Competitor means CX Xxxx, Medtronic Minimally Invasive Therapies (f/k/a Covidien), Coloplast, Wellspect Healthcare (div. of Dentsply, f/k/a Astra Tech), Smiths Medical, Intersurgical, B. Xxxxx, Vygon, Pajunk, Ambu, and / or CareFusion (div. of Becton, Dxxxxxxxx and Company), or any merged, acquiring or successor entity of any of these organisations, or any third party that may, between the commencement of this Agreement and the Termination Date, acquire all or a substantial part of the assets or business of any one of these organisations.

Restricted Competitor means any business entity (or subsidiary or affiliate thereof) engaged in a Restricted Business Line including but not limited to those businesses listed at: hxxxx://xxxx.xxxxx.xxx/x/1ObSBQ, as it may be amended from time to time, including upon the termination of my employment.

Restricted Competitor means a Person all or substantially all of whose operations primarily comprise e-commerce platform activity in a Turkish market, including Trendyol, Amazon, Çiçek Sepeti, Gitti Gidiyor, Morhipo, n11 and Getir.
